The YAMU Planning Hub (“the App”) is an internal business tool operated by Catalyst Consulting LLC for the YAMU Media team. It is not a public service. These terms govern the use of the App by authorized team members.
Access is restricted to authorized YAMU Media team members. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Account access is managed through Google OAuth.
The App accesses Google services (Google Calendar, Gmail) via OAuth on behalf of authorized users. Use of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data accessed through Google APIs may be processed by third-party AI systems (Anthropic Claude) to generate meeting summaries and extract action items. By using this App, authorized users consent to this processing. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
Users agree to use the App only for legitimate YAMU Media business purposes. Users may not attempt to access data belonging to other users, reverse-engineer the App, or use it for any purpose other than its intended function.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Meeting summaries and AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before acting upon them.
Catalyst Consulting LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this App, including but not limited to missed action items, incorrect summaries, or scheduling errors.
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Oklahoma state law governs these terms.
