Google API access

This application uses Google OAuth to authenticate and access the following services on behalf of authorized YAMU Media team members:

Google Calendar (read/write)
Gmail (read-only)

Data accessed through Google APIs is processed by AI systems (Anthropic Claude) to generate meeting summaries, extract action items, and support planning workflows. Data is not stored beyond the active session or shared with third parties beyond what is needed to deliver these features.

You can revoke access at any time via Google Account permissions.

How it works

  • Ingests meeting recordings and transcripts from Fathom AI
  • Uses Claude AI to extract action items, decisions, and key discussion points
  • Reads Google Calendar for meeting context and attendee information
  • Reads Gmail for related threads and follow-up context
  • Generates structured summaries and creates tasks in ClickUp
